Team leader - Carpenter / Tinsmith
In addition to the tasks performed by the Carpenter / Tinsmith, the main tasks of the Team Leader are to take note of the plans to establish an efficient and optimal working method, distribute and coordinate the functions of the team members to optimize the right progress of the work to be done and take a daily inventory of the materials needed to maintain a good work rate for all team members in order to avoid delays or interruptions in the job. The Team Leader must make sure to order the necessary or missing materials or machinery, check the quality of the work performed, in addition to coordinating with the generals and other trades. All other related tasks can be requested.
The ability to draw freehand sketches and diagrams is required to produce parts to order.

Tinsmith (specialized in building envelopes)
The main tasks of the tinsmith are to cut, handle and install prefabricated metal objects and panels of all kinds as well as related accessories. They apply various drawing, cutting, folding, anchoring and mechanical or thermal assembly processes, operate machinery such as forklifts, skytracks, nacelles, etc. Other related tasks may be requested.
The ideal candidate is meticulous and precise, they have an eye for detail to produce quality work and have good dexterity. They have the ability to interpret plans and technical specifications, in addition to reading construction or assembly plans. The ideal candidate will need an excellent sense of logic and an analytical mind, since solving problems related to installation or assembly is an integral part of the job.

Warehouse clerk
The warehouse clerk is responsible for receiving, checking, storing and preparing materials for pickup or shipment. They will also have to maintain order and cleanliness in the warehouse. This position requires lifting and carrying loads. Related tasks may be requested.
The ideal candidate is thorough, has excellent organizational skills, is physically fit, responsible and resourceful.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
- Maintain, tidy and organize the warehouse to facilitate access to items
- Prepare and collect items at the request of project managers
- Maintain the register of incoming and outgoing tools
- Check the proper functioning of the tools upon return and send for repair, if necessary
- Receive, check and store all items in predetermined receptacles and locations
- Ship item returns and complete the appropriate documents
- Reconcile inventory variances
- Track and order current items to maintain a constant inventory
- Dispose of waste and recyclables, as well as broken items in accordance with company policies
- Management of the collection of waste and recyclable materials
- Process requests for damaged items and returns
- Report stolen or damaged items to management
- Ensure the safe operation of all equipment in the warehouse (forklift, lifting platform, etc.)
- Handle hazardous materials in accordance with established procedures
- Take an active role in sharing opinions and ideas on how to increase the maintenance and functioning of the warehouse
- Develop skills by taking part in training activities, if available
- Comply with safety regulations
- Comply with all health and safety programs and rules
- Immediately report any observed dangers or risks of danger
